2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days
We’ll email a tracking number as soon as your drinkware is on its way!
4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Are your drinkware products safe and durable? Yes! We use food-grade stainless steel, lead-free ceramic, BPA-free lids and components, with double-wall insulation for excellent temperature control. Many are dishwasher-safe (check product details) and built for daily use with leak-proof designs.
7. How do I care for my Swarajyatechlabs drinkware?
- Stainless steel tumblers/bottles: Hand-wash lids recommended; dishwasher safe for body (avoid abrasives).
- Ceramic mugs: Dishwasher & microwave safe (unless noted otherwise).
- Avoid extreme temperature shocks. Specific care instructions included with each product.
